We will scan your photos for you at $10 each. We insure a scan at the proper setting for printing.

We can create your tables and graphs for you at $30 each.

Index

Index pages are $10 each with author-provided index. We can index the book from a list of author provided terms on an hourly basis of $75/hour.

Costs/Travel

Mileage charges for in-person meetings at current federal mileage allowance plus parking, tolls, and other expenses.
